THE ENNEAGRAM
An Introduction
The Enneagram holds a special place in my heart and I'm ecstatic to share it with you as we go on this journey of growth together.
Before we proceed, I want to give attention to something. Sometimes the term 'God' can create a tension that holds us back from looking down a certain paths of thought. If I may offer a caution and define what we mean in this context. There is often wisdom and grace in the places we don't want to peer into. God for our working relationship is an inclusive term that spans across all belief spectrums. In short, any time we talk about the Creative Energy of the universe, we refer to it as God. (Essence, Divine, True Self)
The Enneagram combines various ancient wisdom traditions to really help us understand when we are letting our Ego or False self guide us and when we are in line with our truest Essence.
We'll use this tool throughout our coaching sessions, but feel free to learn more about the history of it and how it's meant to be used via the Enneagram Institute. I hope you'll find the same wonder in this tool that I've found as I have worked with it and used it as an instrument for transformation in my life.
