A Space for Practicing Alternative Economies and Restorative Living
What is The Relational Growth Playground ?
The Relational Growth Lab is the community hub of The Allgood Collective, designed to connect individuals and organizational leaders to a community rooted in transformative practice. One of the functions of this space is serving as an entry point for connecting relationally with The Allgood Collective. It is anchored by monthly community gatherings on the first Wednesday of each month.
Rooted in the principles of Sankofa and Ngoma, the primary function of The Relational Growth Lab is to serve as a living practice space for those who opt into communing and convening with us as we center relational intelligence, embodiment, and collective care. It is a space for experimentation, alternative economies, and building anti-oppressive, restorative ways of living.
At the heart of our work is harvesting the emergent wisdom from the guiding question: What becomes possible when we create spaces where relational intelligence, embodiment, and collective care generate personal and systemic transformation rooted in liberation and justice?
