Come join a structured journey of learning and connection, where curiosity, relational practice, and community care shape a liberatory and transformative future. ~

The Liberatory Pathways Cohort is an evolving and emergent space where relational solidarity and embodied learning take root through facilitated and intimately hosted convenings. Designed as both a practice ground and a site of formation, we cultivate transformation and evolution in how we practice relationships and leadership through oppressive times—engaging in shared practice, inquiry, and collective reflection to shape new possibilities.

More than a structured learning program, this is a space of relational solidarity—a community where participants come together not just to build skills, but to deepen their capacity to be present: present to themselves, to one another, to the histories that shape us, and to the futures we are co-creating.

Through shared practice and inquiry, we learn to bridge divides—between the personal and the political, the spiritual and the material, the seen and the unseen. We move through disconnection toward deeper trust, through isolation toward interdependence, through inherited harm toward collective healing.

Together, we are cultivating ways of being that sustain both people and movements, contributing to the larger movement toward communal living, mutual aid, and alternative economies where everyone’s material needs are met. This is a space to not just imagine, but to embody and practice the conditions of liberation

Who’s This For?

The Liberatory Pathways Cohort is a space for those in the practice of unlearning patterns of domination, deepen their capacity for relational healing and connectivity, and build the skills needed for collective care. Through shared practice, community accountability, and embodied presence, we cultivate liberation as something we can feel, trust, and sustain in our daily lives.

This experience is for you if:

  • You are a facilitator, organizer, healer, or leader working at the intersection of social good and community care.

  • You are navigating personal or collective transitions and seeking structured space for renewal, reflection, and skill-building.

  • You want to explore alternative economies, mutual aid, and liberatory practice in a community setting.

  • You are invested in embodied leadership, conflict navigation, and accountability as a form of care.

  • You desire a sustained, year-long commitment to learning, relationship-building, and co-creating a restorative retreat experience.

We welcome participants from diverse backgrounds and experiences who are ready to engage deeply, show up for others, and contribute to a shared economy of care.

We are structuring the Liberatory Pathways Cohort around the lunar cycles to honor natural rhythms of growth, reflection, and renewal—disrupting the extractive, urgency-driven patterns imposed by capitalism, white supremacy, colonialism, and patriarchy. These systems condition us to push beyond capacity, prioritize productivity over presence, and sever our connection to natural and ancestral wisdom. The moon’s phases remind us that transformation is cyclical, not linear—requiring periods of expansion, integration, and rest. By aligning our gatherings with the lunar calendar, we reject the myth of constant output and instead cultivate a practice of intentional slowness, deep listening, and relational attunement. This rhythm supports sustainable transformation, allowing us to move with reciprocity, collective care, and alignment with the natural world, rather than the oppressive demand for relentless forward motion.

We will continue to update the themes for each lunar cycles but below is an estimate of when our cohort touch points will be scheduled.

Pricing

💡 How Our Pricing Works

Rather than a one-size-fits-all fee, we invite you to contribute at the level that aligns with your financial reality. We trust you to choose options or tiers that reflects your needs, access to resources, and values our energy and your commitment to this work.

We believe that healing and liberatory practice should not be gate kept by wealth, nor should the labor of facilitators, healers, and organizers be undervalued. Our pricing model reflects our commitment to both accessibility and sustainability. The funding of this cohort will be anchored by a pay-what-you can and sliding scale model. We invite you to contribute at the level that aligns with your financial capacity and commitment to this practice.

The sliding scale allows for economic equity. If you have access to financial abundance, contributing at the higher level supports others who may not have the same access. If funds are a barrier, the lower community rates are available or you’re invited to apply to the community access pass—because we believe that access to healing and liberatory practice is our duty of care to one another, not a privilege

We believe in pricing that reflects equity through centering the exploration of alternative economies and mutual aid. If you have access to generational wealth, job security, or financial abundance, we invite you to contribute at a level that supports collective access. We trust in the abundance of community.

Rather than a transactional fee, we invite you to contribute based on what this space is worth to you and what you are able to offer. If financial payment isn't accessible, consider offering skills, time, or another resource to support the community.

To make this work accessible to those most impacted by systemic injustice, we charge organizations on a sliding scale based on their budget size. Paying at the full rate allows us to offer reduced-cost participation for those with less financial access.

Transparency Matters

Too often, pricing structures are hidden, making it unclear what organizations are truly investing in. We believe that clarity builds trust, and that economic justice starts with naming the cost of labor and the value of this work.

By being upfront about our pricing model, we invite open dialogue, shared responsibility, and a deeper commitment to economic equity.

Below we’ve listed our anticipated cost for the Cohort, including retreat, materials, food, accommodation, and labor care for the facilitators. Please don’t let this scare you away- remember we center the practice of mutual aid and alternative economies. Part of our work together in this cohort will be exploring how to meet the collective needs and how to make request that contribute to the care we all need.

At The Allgood Collective we strive to center equity in everything we do, ensuring the needs of all involved in the relationship are addressed and honored. In the spirit of transparency and collective care, this page lists what services are being offered and total value + compensation ask. If this price exceeds your budget please do not hesitate to request a conversation to negotiate or offer an equitable rate according to your circumstances.

Sliding Scale Pricing Model

Rather than a fixed fee, we offer four pricing tiers based on financial access and organizational support. This model ensures that those with financial resources help sustain access for those with less while keeping the cohort financially viable.

Community Access Rate ($2,500 – $3,500)

For individuals with limited financial resources who would not otherwise be able to participate. This tier is supported by higher contributions from those with more financial access.

  • Monthly cost: $210 – $290

  • Limited spots available

  • Applicants may request additional financial assistance through our Community Access Pass

Standard Rate ($5,500 – $7,000)

Covers the full cost of participation, ensuring facilitators are fairly compensated and retreat expenses are covered.

  • Monthly cost: $460 – $580

  • This is the suggested rate for those with a stable income and financial security

Sustainer Rate ($8,500 – $10,500)

For those with financial abundance or access to wealth who want to support economic equity by covering their cost and subsidizing access for others.

  • Monthly cost: $710 – $880

  • Your contribution directly supports scholarships and reduced-cost participation

Organizational Sponsorship ($10,000 – $15,000)

For individuals whose participation is funded by an employer, nonprofit, or institution. Organizations paying this rate are investing in leadership development, relational intelligence, and culture-building skills for their staff.

  • Custom payment plans available

  • Includes additional support for integrating cohort learnings into organizational settings

Payment Options & Mutual Aid

We offer monthly payment plans for all tiers to make participation more accessible. If financial payment is not feasible, we invite participants to consider alternative contributions such as skills, time, or resources that support the cohort.

By engaging in this sliding-scale model, you are helping build a shared economy of care—one that values both accessibility and fair compensation for labor.
